The Mission at Blessed Hope, in Lincoln Park, Michigan, provides two meals each day on site along with a food pantry. They also offer counseling and assistance to those with substance abuse or addictive behaviors through Christ based recovery programs. They house Alcoholics Anonymous six mornings per week and Narcotics Anonymous every Saturday morning. Service opportunities include simply providing caring contact for the hurting, preparing and/or serving meals, helping to clean/organize, and donating food and grocery bags.

The New Life Clothes Closet is housed at CrossPointe Community Church in Wayne, Michigan. The Clothes Closet operates on Wednesday nights from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. They sort clothing donations and other useful items for adults and children and make them available to low and no income families to use at no charge.

The Crisis Pregnancy Center in Lincoln Park, Michigan, provides help to women in crisis pregnancy situations including: free pregnancy tests with immediate results shown to the client; exploring alternatives to abortion; maternity, baby and children's clothes; emergency supply of diapers or formula; infant car seats and cribs; help in obtaining information on adoption, medical care, and other services; referrals for post-abortion counseling. Volunteers can help by sorting clothes and doing periodic cleaning or maintenance. By completing additional training, volunteers can assist during the hours of service to answer phones, fill orders, or talk with clients to assess their needs and provide appropriate guidance and service. Both men and women may serve at the Center.

On the last Thursday of each month, a minimum of four volunteers arrive at The Manor nursing home in Southgate, Michigan at 7:15 p.m. From 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. we play as many games of Bingo with residents as time allows. We provide the prizes (we don't play for money). Residents get to choose from a variety of items – stuffed animals, seasonal trinkets, hats, purses, socks, etc. – usually about 20 items of $1 value each (suggestions and donations welcome). On average there will be 12 to 20 residents playing, many of whom need help with their Bingo cards and markers. This is an opportunity for families or individuals to share time with the elderly who may not have many visitors or family interaction.
